Get 1:1 support from a therapist to understand experiences and learn effective coping strategies using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques

Family communication skills
Discover ways to deepen your family connections with therapy support, and learn how to manage stress, listen to one another, share your feelings openly, and nurture positive communication

Group therapy sessions
Engage in interactive group therapy sessions, where you can learn coping skills alongside others going through similar experiences

Medication options (as needed)
Sometimes, medication may be recommended to help improve your experiences, but it’s never required

Get personalized support for achieving educational or career goals, including help with school, job applications, and connection with community organizations
