About This Guide:
Created for youth, by youth

This guide was developed by the Strong365 Lab in partnership with the clinical team at Northwell Health’s SWAY Clinic, and shaped by a dedicated Teen Advisory Panel.

Our goal? To offer clear, honest, and accessible information about emerging mental health concerns — especially for teens and young adults who are trying to make sense of what they’re feeling or experiencing.

Whether you're just starting to look for answers or supporting someone else, we hope this guide helps you take the next step.
